Refusé - Reforcé, by Borja Zabala, is a vindication of freedom of expression. The performance refers to the fact that it took place during the last edition of ARCO, in Madrid. With the material from the Refusé - Reforcé action, in June 1996 Borja Zabala presented the exhibition Photosensitive Scenes, in which he once again records the act of censorship suffered by ARCO to state that a work of art not it can be subjected to opinions or directives.
